TUI AG pays back public depts
TUI, which made a repayment of 725 million Euros to the Credit Bank Reconstruction and Development Bank loan, also reduced its public liability to the State Credit Bank for Reconstruction and Development (KfW) from 2,400 to 2,100 million Euros. The TUI group said on Friday that it has paid 725m euros for the support it received from the German State during the pandemic.
Economic Stability Fund debt settled in TUI
TUI returned €671 million in principal and interest to the WSF (Economic Stability Fund) on Thursday. The depreciation was made with the resources of the successful capital increase in mid-May and the group’s treasury funds. TUI had increased the capital to speed up the payment of state aid.
The tourist group also reduced its loan to the State Credit Bank for Reconstruction and Development (KfW) from 2,400m euros currently unused to 2,100m euros.
