Jet2 Airlines announces 2022 Spain passenger plan
Jet2 Airlines will operate 630 weekly flights this summer from nine UK airports to thirteen Spanish airports. Planning 6.6 million round-trip seats, the company planned to carry 3.3 million British tourists to Spain. The data corresponds to a 4 percent increase compared to pre-Covid.
Jet2’s 2022 flights to Spain
Jet2, one of the liveliest companies in the UK and international airline industry, will fly from Bristol Leeds-Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, London-Stansted, East Midlands, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow to 13 Spanish airports: Alicante, Almería, Barcelona, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura South of Ibiza, Girona, Lanzarote, Malaga, Menorca, Palma, Reus and Tenerife.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said that despite the problems experienced in recent months, they have not canceled any flights. The group’s companies will employ 1,500 people in Spain this summer in different roles such as pilots, crew and ground operations.
