Incentive hotel investments in 2022

According to the data compiled by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, with the investment incentives received in the January-December 2022 period, approximately 43 billion TL will be spent on investment in 354 facilities. A budget of 27.8 billion TL will be spent on 192 new hotel projects and 15.2 billion TL will be spent on 162 renovation projects.

Number of new hotel beds

In 2022, in the period when a total of 139 thousand beds are within the scope of the incentive, more than 39 thousand new hotel beds will be built and around 100 thousand hotel beds will be renewed.
