According to the data obtained by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, from General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC), the housing purchases of foreigners in Turkey decreased by 14% in the January-February period of 2023 and became 7.5 thousand.
In this period, Russian, Iranian, Iraqi, Ukrainian, Kazakh and German citizens took the first place, while Antalya, Istanbul, Mersin and Bursa were the most residential.
