According to the data compiled by Turizmdatabank from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s accommodation statistics, in January 2023, the occupancy rate in hotels with operating licenses in Izmir was 24.4%. Occupancy rates were 19.6% in 2022.
Occupancy this month; 11% in 5-star hotels, 31% in 4-star hotels and 32% in 3-star hotels.
