Inflation (CPI) in Turkey increased by 1.18% in December 2022 compared to the previous month, by 64.27% compared to the same month of the previous year and by 72.31% on the averages of twelve months.
Hotel F&B Costs Increased by 102% in December 2022
According to the data announced by TURKSTAT, in December 2022, it was 1.18% compared to the previous month, and 64.27% compared to the same month of the previous year. Food and beverage costs in hotels increased by 102.4% this month.
According to the estimation made by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, based on TUIK data, F&B and Energy costs increased by 106.4% on average in November, while costs including personnel increased by 104.4%.
