KIZILBÜK Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. (KIZILBÜK GYO) will make a big investment called Marmaris Kızılbük Resort Hotel and Timeshare in İçmeler District of Muğla province Marmaris district. Hotel with 206 rooms and 1323 Timeshares will be built in the facility with a budget of 1.6 billion TL.
Kızılbük GYO’s first project (Sinpaş Kızılbük Thermal Wellness Resort) is located in Marmaris İçmeler Kızılkum.
