CPI AND HOTEL COSTS IN TURKEY
In April 2023, annual inflation (CPI) in Turkey was 43.68%. Food and beverage costs in hotels increased by 98.4% this month.

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute TUIK data, inflation in April 2023; It was 2.39% compared to the previous month, 15.21% compared to December of the previous year, 43.68% compared to the same month of the previous year and 67.20% according to the twelve-month averages.
According to the estimation made by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, based on the TUIK data, the cost of Food and Beverage in Hotels increased by 98.4% this month.
In April, F&B+Energy costs increased by 84%, while F&B+Energy+personnel costs increased by 91.3%.
