In the same month of 2019, the occupancy rate in hotels with operation certificates in Muğla was 96.35%. It was 75.58% in hotels with municipality certificates.
In 2022, occupancy rates in 5-star hotels fell by 90%, 10 points behind 2019. 4-star hotels are also 2 points below 2019 with 95% occupancy. 3-star hotels are 10 points behind 2019 with 83%. 1 class resorts are also about 10 points behind 2019 with 80%. Except for a few, occupancy rates at other facilities are behind 2019.
