Alarko acquired Green Beach Resort

Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi Anonim Şirketi, which bought Tekas Teknik İnşaat’s Green Beach Resort Hotel in Buruncuk, Bodrum District of Muğla, will re-open the facility by renovating it.

Facility will be renewed

There will be no increase in the number and area of rooms in the hotel, whose name has been changed as HILLSIDE BODRUM OTEL. Hotel blocks that have become old and unable to meet the conditions of the day will be partially demolished and renewed.

The hotel, which is currently on the project site, will operate with a capacity of 477 rooms and will serve with a capacity of 359 rooms with the realization of repair and renovation works.

In the project; A total of 965.25 million TL will be spent, including the construction cost, project furnishing and decoration cost, landscaping and landscaping and infrastructure costs.
